Please submit completed form at least four weeks prior to publication date for best results. Form is sent to Communications Director.

NOTE: Completing this Event Promotions form must done AFTER completing the Building Request Form, which can be obtained by emailing church@wellspringcc.org.

If appropriate and if time allows, please consider taking pictures of your event. This will help a great deal in promoting future events. Photos can be sent to jgamble@wellspringcc.org.
