At Wellspring Church, we believe prayer is our lifeblood. Prayer is unique in that it is both an instruction from and an invitation into God's throne room. We deeply desire to be a people truly led by God to make disciples of Jesus Christ. We are a family in the body of Christ and we pray for each other. God has answered and moved in so many miraculous ways throughout the history of Wellspring that it would be difficult to name them all, but we will always remember that God answers.

I Need Prayer!

If for any reason you desire prayer, please call our office at 616.662.8955 and we will pray with and for you. You can also email your request to prayer@wellspringcc.org, and your request will be added to our prayer chain, a devoted group of prayer warriors who will lift you up and intercede on your behalf.

"Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise.
Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up.
If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.
Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed.
The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective."
James 5:13-16

If you would like prayer with our elders in the spirit of James 5, please call or email to set up a time to have our church elders pray over you.

Pray with Us!

Every Sunday at 8:20 am, we gather in the North Hall to pray before our church service. We invite God to come and participate, to bless our service, and to speak through the worship and the preacher. We give God glory and praise. We pray for attentive hearts and minds that will be open to the things God has to say to us. You are welcome to come join us.

Sunday Morning is the most important activity at our church, and we need to commune with God early and often to center our hearts on Him. You are welcome to join us if you are able!
